Great stay! Perfect location near key sights. Room was cozy, but clean. Breakfast was a highlight. Enjoyed complimentary minibar. Noise from street slightly bothersome. Staff helpful, but smiles would enhance experience. A good choice for exploring with lovely bathroom and nearby dining options.

The only drawback was the occasional street noise in the early hours, but the overall experience was fantastic.

I was positively impressed by the extensive breakfast buffet, where I could indulge in fresh juice, pastries, bacon, and more. The historical Cafe Varela was also a highlight. As for the cons, I guess I just loved everything so much there was nothing to complain about.

Great family-friendly location, two minutes' walk to Gran Via and close to Sol and Opera stations. Hotels offer extra beds for children and the reception staff can book excursions, car hire, restaurants, and shows for families.

We were kinda surprised to find that the hotel is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by pedestrian-only shopping areas. It made exploring the lively atmosphere of Madrid convenient. The nearby Metro stop made it easy to navigate the city. The highlight of our stay was the excellent breakfast they offered. For a reasonable price, we were treated to a delicious spread of scrambled eggs, bacon, jamon, fruits, cereals. The hotel also had a great deal with a nearby gym, a fantastic bonus for fitness enthusiasts like us.

One minor drawback was not knowing that the hotel was only accessible via a pedestrian walkway. It caused a momentary panic when we arrived with our luggage, thinking we would have to drag it to the hotel.

This place is located on a pedestrian walkway in an area walkable to just about everything you would want to see. Service, room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry amenities are all provided. The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and willing to help with every request. In addition, there is free wi-fi, a massage facility, and a golf course.
